Walmart Outreach
Church without walls "WOW Sunday"...
Our church caught the vision of being a church without walls in April 2007. We took our sign language group, jr. choir and adult choir to a local Wal-Mart parking lot. Our church gave away 6 bicycles, Bibles, water toys, small appliances and ice cream. According to our records we touched somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 families in one afternoon.
Through this ministry of service our congregation has realized the fulfillment in serving others and expecting nothing in return.
If only our summer were not so warm, we would have already had another W.O.W. (without walls) Sunday.
